Who we are

Bain Lucrative builds websites and runs digital marketing for small businesses. This policy covers www.bainlucrative.com and the sample pages we share at samples.bainlucrative.com. If you have a question about it, email jaxon@bainlucrative.com or call (320) 493-5988.

What we collect

• What you send us. The Contact form asks for your first name, company, phone number and email. The Free Homepage form asks for your name, business name and email, and optionally your current website, phone number and a short note. If you email or call us directly, we receive whatever you include.
• Basic technical information. Like any website, our hosting provider receives the technical details needed to deliver a page, such as your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for. We do not use this to identify you, and we do not keep visitor logs for this site.
• What we do not collect. This site does not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or any tracking across other websites. Our fonts and images are served from our own site, so opening a page does not send your information to Google Fonts or other outside services.

How we use it

• To reply to your message or consultation request.
• To design the free sample homepage you asked for and follow up about it.
• To keep normal business records.

We will not add you to a marketing email list or send you marketing text messages unless you ask us to.

How our forms send your message

Right now, submitting a form opens your own email app with a message addressed to jaxon@bainlucrative.com. Your email provider sends it to our inbox.

If we switch to sending forms straight from the website, your message will be delivered to our inbox by our form service on Amazon Web Services, from the address noreply@forms.bainlucrative.com. That service keeps basic delivery records (such as the time and your IP address) to stop spam, but not the contents of your message.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We use a few service providers to run our business:

• Amazon Web Services hosts this website and, if turned on, delivers form messages.
• Google Workspace provides our business email, where your messages are stored.
• Surge hosts the sample pages at samples.bainlucrative.com.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry messages for as long as we need them to respond, work with you and keep normal business records. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your choices

Anyone can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about them. Email jaxon@bainlucrative.com and we will reply within 45 days. If we cannot do what you ask, we will explain why, and you can reply to ask us to reconsider. We will never treat you differently for making a request.

California residents

• What we collect: the identifiers you give us (name, email, phone number) and business details (company name, website, your note).
• Who receives it: the service providers listed above, only to run our business.
• Reviewing or changing your information: email us as described under Your choices.
• Do Not Track: we do not track visitors over time or across other websites, and we do not let other companies do so through this site. We treat every visitor the same whether or not a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal is sent.
• Sale or sharing: we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising.

Security

Every page is served over HTTPS, and our hosting is locked down so only the website can read its files. No method of sending or storing information is perfect, so please do not send sensitive details such as passwords or payment information through our forms.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not meant for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will also add a short note at the top of the page explaining what changed.
